Hi, I’m Joe Jepsen — a long-time supplement user, health researcher, and someone who believes in sharing real personal experiences instead of hyped-up claims. I live in East Tennessee with my family, work a full-time job, and run this website as a passion project because improving health and helping others learn what actually works has always mattered to me.
